Oration is exclusively responsible for the content and operation of its Products, not affiliated with Apple or Google. This license is non-transferable and is intended for use on devices you own, following Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions for Apple device users.
By using Oration's Products, you enter into an agreement with us, consenting to the storage and processing of personal data such as your name, email address, content preferences, purchase history, and app activities. We may revise these terms and will notify you through our website. Continued usage after such changes implies acceptance of the new terms.
When you create an Oration account, you are responsible for safeguarding your login information and are accountable for all activities under your account. Ensure that all your account activities comply with our Terms.
Subscriptions to Oration begin with a Free Tier, offering limited features. Upgrading to a paid subscription enhances features and functionalities. Purchases made through third-party stores (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) are final and non-refundable. Subscriptions can be managed or cancelled within your Oration account or through respective app stores.
To cancel a subscription purchased via Apple or Google stores, follow their respective cancellation procedures. Oration reserves the right to terminate accounts in cases of terms violations or fraud.
Oration grants you a limited, revocable license to access and use our Products. We retain all copyright rights. The license is for non-commercial use and can be revoked.
Oration is responsible for maintaining its Products. Neither Apple nor Google has obligations regarding maintenance and support of Oration's Products.
Any product-related claims, including liability, compliance, and intellectual property issues, are the responsibility of Oration, not Apple or Google.
Oration adheres to copyright laws and expects users to do the same. Infringements can be reported under the DMCA, leading to account termination for violators.
Disputes related to these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration. Unenforceable provisions will be severed, leaving the remainder of the contract intact.
Users must comply with legal and regulatory requirements, including not being located in embargoed countries or on government restriction lists.
Users may submit various materials to Oration, for which they are solely responsible. We reserve the right to moderate such content and use it for internal business purposes.
Users retain ownership of the audio content they create using Oration's Products. While Oration may use this content for internal business purposes, such as improving service quality and offerings, all intellectual property rights of the created audio content belong to the user. Oration claims no ownership rights over user-generated audio content.
